About me

My story

Since late teens I have been interested in health and nutrition, or maybe what I thought health was! I was obsessed with calorie counting and intense HIIT workouts. I thought I was doing everything good to my body. Time passed and followed the new trends I tried intermittent fasting which I practiced for years… this, followed by my previous dietary restrictions, caused my adrenal fatigue and hormonal imbalance.

I decided to study nutrition and health at Roehampton University in London to help myself and learn more about the importance of a balanced diet, the role of nutrients in the body, and how to prevent and manage chronic diseases through lifestyle interventions. By doing an additional course at Collage of Naturopathic Medicine I discover the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellness. This helped me to work on my own health issues and feel like myself again!

I believe that your whole lifestyle has an impact on your health and wellbeing and by addressing the root cause of their health issues you will be able to achieve optimal health.

I am passionate about inspiring others to take a holistic approach to their health and well-being, and to promote the importance of self-care, mindfulness, and natural remedies in achieving optimal health. I hope to make a positive impact on your live by sharing my knowledge and experience in holistic health and nutrition.

I am a registered nutritionist with the Association for Registered Nutritionists (UKVRN), Association of Naturopathic Nutrition (ANP), and have got an active insurance, which means I am qualified to a high level and use evidence-based research in practice.

I am based in South / South West London but I’m happy for consultations to be anywhere via my virtual clinic online.

I have struggled with hormonal imbalance my whole teenagerhood. I never had a regular period. It used to be convenient, not having to purchase sanitary pads, worry if I leaked or if my plans had to be cancelled due to menstrual pain and lethargy.

Then recurrent PMS! Gosh, thinking about it makes me anxious!

Yes, anxiety, low mood, over-worrying, bloating, spots, low energy and constant cravings… I found it normal, a part of female nature… If I wanted to stop it, I could have done one simple step- go on a contraception pill – easy. But not truly effective.

This makes your bleeding regular but is not a natural cycle, menstruation you’d call. It causes so many sides effect. Leaving you worse than before if we look deeper into your body. And it did exactly that to me.

After starting working in London, travelling, studying, I found myself in a one big stress mode. I used to wake up with no energy, depleted of motivation and willingness. Not enough nutrients to fuel my body and constant need for coffee burnt me down.

Years later and I am here, healed and better than ever before.

So what is the answer? How to help and solve the issues?

Work on the root of the issue! Everything starts from somewhere. Your current health state is a result of something else and by working with me you can dig deeper to find it and treat it

I know how hard it can be ...

Can you relate?

I know how it is to wake up in the morning and feeling like you cannot make it.

Your mood and energy are low and the thought about the day ahead is putting you more down.

You grab a cup of coffee, and another one and another.

Trying to tell yourself it’s just life these days.

You feel like taking a nap.

At the end of the day you start feeling a bit better, are more productive!

It is time for bed but you cannot fall asleep... scrolling through the phone for hours and finally making it happen. The next day feeling the same.

It doesn't have to be that way!
